Pogba MOTM for me. CB pairing looked rock solid. I like what Fred brought to the team but he was a bit sloppy today, Alexis too. Luke Shaw looks like hes playing with confidence. Overall, good three points

Saw an interview where he said mourinho told him #6 is his best position.

Was happy with how he played. Alexis was meh but I’m sure will come around. Shaw and Pogba both good. Bailly good.

So. Do we know why Pogba is so unhappy? Lots of really weird comments coming from him.

Something is going on. He was quoted today "If I say what I think, I will be fined." That's a pretty terrible quote lol

I don’t want Alexis on the team, I don’t care if they sell him for a baked potato. I may just be an idiot though.

If Pogba was happy, he could've easily said he was happy in response to that question.

I'm not saying he's leaving, but he's clearly not happy with his current situation.

He's been partying non stop the last month and then played friday when not in shape for no more than 60mins

of course hes mad

If he can't take Jose saying he wants the same Pogba that France got, to play for United i got nothing

Would you? He's past it in my view. He's superb at the counter-attacking game, maybe the best in the world at it, but with big teams you need passing patterns that can break teams down consistently. He's limited in what he can do formation wise, but he also hasn't justified further intervention. At the same time, Man U has needed an elite passer to replace Carrick, or help Carrick out, since 2011 at the minimum.

Gary Neville talked about it after the match Friday

United don’t have football people in place to make football decisions and they don’t listen to Jose’s input.

But on that note we are apparently finally going to have our first sporting director ever soon

I feel like you've been saying this since the first year of LVG.

Manchester United have begun the early stages of their search to identify a first ever director of football at the club, with former goalkeeper Edwin Van der Sar and Roma's iconic transfer chief Monchi in the running.

A troublesome summer and unhappy exploration into the transfer window has seen the powers that be at United reconsider the current system and put into place a move that had been suggested for some time.

United have begun sounding out candidates for the position as they begin an extensive period of assessment to fill the role which could arguably become one of the biggest appointments in the club's history.

Pogba was never going anywhere. Especially after that shite offer they sent over. Barca can kick rocks.
