Big win. Kabak looked great!

Curtis Jones gives us forward movement.

I’m glad we launched Taki and give Origi those minutes, he is scoring way too many goals.

Honestly, we are pathetic going forward and especially in the final third. I understand how the CB’s affect the MF which affects the Fullbacks and so on. But damn.

Problem is other teams out there are decimated by injuries but somehow we’re the only team that can’t play around it. Klopp just puts the same lineup out week after week and they lay a turd each time.

Team is in really really bad shape. Not sure where we go from here.

It shouldn’t be this bad. No excuse.

Are other teams really as injured as we are? We are down a shite load

Leicester is, but theirs have a) been spread out, and b) not been all to the same position.

Right now, we are down to our 6th and 7th choices for CB duties right now. Anyone who says anything other than we are extremely unlucky this season is wrong.

You can argue that we don’t have quality depth, because behind the first two our CB talent cupboard is bare. You can even say that a big club should have many quality options.

What you can’t say with any accuracy whatsoever is that we should still be winning big matches at this point. Our MF is playing as our back line, and we even emergency spent so that we could have two CBs come in, but they are very low on talent.

There’s obviously many reasons for why all this is happening (the main being Hendo and Fab not playing in MF imo) but the no fans arguably affects us more than any team as well. It’s just such a shite season all around

Jota coming back will tell us if one of the front Three are
expendable. I do think Firmino or Mane will be moved now
We need some fresh blood coming in. I think just getting healthy is now not enough. I still believe in Klopp but the team needs to morph in many ways

Hendo out for at least the next 5 matches.

Stolen from Reddit:
quote:

First they came for Virgil, and I didn’t speak up because I was still fuming over Pickford;

Then they came for Jomez, and I didn’t speak up because I was still optimistic;

Then they came for Matip, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t surprised;

Then they came for Fabinho, and I didn’t speak up because I had lost all hope;

Then they came for Ben Davies, and I didn’t speak up because I’d forgotten we’d ever signed him;

Then they came for Hendo, and by that time THERE WERE NO MORE frickING PEOPLE LEFT TO PLAY

Pain is life.

Firmino is arguably my fav player of the last 10 years but he just isn’t cutting it anymore with his lack of finishing. We have to sign a #9

Bobby is still a brilliant passer and relentless presser. I think his low goal tally is also a little misleading. He's passed off tap ins so that Mo and Mane can score

I'd like to see Klopp try a 4-2-3-1 when everyone is healthy

-------Jota--------
Mane---Bobby------Mo

3 Attackers isn't cutting it with the current availability.

We're going to give up mental lapse goals anyway on the back end, so I really wish he'd just for it like it's 2016 at Carrow Road

Jesus Christ apparently Alisson’s dad has gone missing after diving into a river in Brazil today. You think nothing could go right for the club this season then Klopp’s mom dying and then this puts things in perspective. What a nightmare of a few months

Hendo had surgery on his groin... will be out till the beginning of April. Here’s to hoping we can even get Europa league

VvD has returned to individual training on the pitch.

Obviously not a short timetable to return still, but it seems to this point that his recovery (knocks on wood) has gone well.
