It's well-known that a good boys U-15 team would work most women's national teams. The US team has a 5'7 CB. A 5'7 CB would never make it in the men's game.

I like the women's game, because technique is really important. You also see the places where physicality accents technique, notably in long passing and shooting.

Yep, agreed again. The technical prowess is why women's soccer is one of the few women's sports I watch. I too, however, have noticed glaring fundamental flaws that wouldn't fly in men's FIFA. Keeper and back line play on most of these teams especially. But still fun to watch nonetheless.

Rapinoe did well in the first half compared to how she’s been playing, but this game is screaming for Christen Press attacking France’s left side with speed.

Hope Ellis makes some subs before the 89th minute. France hasn’t really threatened us yet, but that’s not gonna last forever. We need to get that second goal.

France's midfield rotation is consistently drawing our midfielders up the field, leaving large gaps between the CB's and the midfield. It's going to be exploited. France is doing a superb job on rotating their midfield around the midfield two of Lavelle and Mewes, who don't seem to be working together as a unit. That leaves Ertz alone in situations where she can't press up onto the player with the ball lest she leave the CB's completely exposed.

Left side has been working well with Rapinoe, but I can't see how she can sustain that throughout the entire second half; Press would be a good option. They also haven't tried the right with Heath much.

Horan needs to be on the field. I’d also be fine with any of the forwards coming on for Morgan soon.

I would like to see Pugh come in for Morgan. Also Lavelle should be subbed out for someone like Morgan Brian or Horan.

Genuine question, are there this many commercials directly solely at young boys during the men's World Cup?

Seems like every one of these are directed just at girls.

Pass that to Ertz and it’s 2-0.

Smart marketing, knowing the demo... don't think it's as prevalent in the men's WC because it's a more diverse audience.

Also, this looks better in this half so far

Definitely. Dont have a problem with it. Just didn't know if I subconsciously didn't realize it during the men's one.
