which goes to my point that the thread title isn't fair to him until more info comes out.

This.

Word choice is very, very important with stuff like this.

Just think, OP, if your thread title was "Michael Bradley a no-show at training this morning". People would have thought he got kidnapped by a cartel or something.

For the record, I think he would still show up for training in that situation.

What is the difference between no-show and "absent from training".

You guys are making a much bigger of this than it is.

It didn't say he wasn't even at training. It said he wasn't training. He could have been sitting on the sideline getting jerked off by Brazilian prostitutes for all we know.

Dude, everyone in this thread said they had the same reaction when they read it.

How hard would it be to change the title?

i don't think anyone is making a big deal. i thought it was unfair word choice, you didn't, everyone said it was unfair other than you, now we're making a big deal.

You guys are missing the point. If Chandler is out from injury, it likely means the return of an MLS player that missed out on the early part of the hex, but played in some key US games late.

Michael fricking Parkhurst.

It makes Chandler look unnecessarily bad with the title. Be logical about it

I see your point on Parkhurst.

Your thread title is still awful.

So he's not training. He's not a no-show. You're attention whoring tactics worked, congrats

Settle down, champ.

How is that any different than this:

Have you ever had a job?

"No-shows" get fired. It implies the coaches don't know why he's not there or they know but it's not a good reason.
