Wondo but no Morris.

And Beckerman. Again. What about Danny Williams? And is Castillo really a better option than Lichaj?

Isn't Morris on the Olympic qualifying team instead?

I've read that Alvarado could be cut loose by America at any time.

Pretty sure Johnson is hurt right now.

And didn't Nagbe get hurt last night, or was he ok?

So if Johnson is hurt we have Castillo as the only option at LB? WTF? And the thought of him and Alvarado paired up on the left side of the defense makes my ears bleed

Is that right that Wondo has never been capped in a WCQ?

Johnson most likely wouldn't have been LB anyway.

I really wonder what Lichaj did that Jurgen hates him so much. Maybe it's because he's Polish

But seriously. Villafana still not getting called up is also pretty silly.

I'm really interested in what will be the first choice CB pairing. Have Brooks and Cameron ever paired together before outside of the Ghana match when Brooks came in after Besler's injury?

Also, although Brooks is probably our best CB right now, I still think we can get through Guatemala with a Cameron/Besler or Cameron/Gonzo pairing, allowing Brooks to play with the u-23's vs. Columbia.

Jurgen has made it clear that Brooks is playing only with the senior team for these two games.

Brooks and Miazga as the USMNT CB pairing of the not so distant future sounds exciting. Cameron on the right, Ream on the left.
