Woah. Surprising. He certainly did a good job of keeping them in the PL, but he spent a lot of money. Interesting to see who they hire.

Waiting for some bitter USMNT fan to start up the Klinsmann rumors.

13th place out of 20...and he helped weather a late slide and get the club out of danger of relegation. I thought he did enough...for Stoke.

Does that mean we still unanimously hate them?

Would be funny if they got a guy that tries to put a real technical, possession-based style in.

Would be a disaster with their current squad so it would probably be funny as hell to watch

True...maybe he'll come in and clean house. The Stoke fans wouldn't know what hit them.

Relegation is what would happen.

Pardew is now the 2nd longest serving manager in the Prem @ 2 years and 100 some odd days

3rd highest net spending in the past 5 years. terrible football, no progress, though they have become somewhat entrenched in the PL. not surprising.

Questionable decision at best unless something went on behind the scenes. Gonna be hard to do much better than he did. Its fricking stoke. 10-15 place finish is basically the ceiling.

Would be funny to see the manager have bone china thrown at him.

I'd love to see Huth and Shawcross emulate Pique and Puyols...
