St. Louis to be named 28th MLS team.

Will be a press conference tomorrow in St. Louis. I think the plan is to start play in 2022.

What do we think the cringe level of the name will be on a scale from Inter Miami to Real Salt Lake?

all stl media saying MLS has asked not to use FC, SC, any of those European club names. We could very well see a simple "st louis", with nothing else at least for now.

by dying markets then you have to cut teams or move them which isn't part of the footbal culture
not adding new ones without to make the league so big it will end up be unsustanable

A LOT of people continue to tweet at the group, begging for no AC,inter,Real, FC bullshite.
FC st.louis will be their minor league team. As Scott Gallagher peeps will have part in team.
An old buddy i went to HS with, could end up with the GK coaching gig. He's at FC St.louis in same position now.

That piddly arse stadium in Cary, NC (Raleigh) and there is terrible infrastructure around the stadium. Can’t get out. Charlotte will get it before Raleigh.
