I don’t think any of those would be turf. Sacramento will be grass. Same for Charlotte, if they get a team.
Vegas’ plan is an indoor stadium with a rolled-in grass field like the Arizona Cardinals have. Phoenix might be turf, but if they use Chase Field, it shouldn’t be too hard to maintain a grass surface for about 20 games a year.
