I wouldn't be surprised to see Torres punch del bosque in the face at some point.

This is the dumbest lineup ever.

Did no one here watch any early season Barca matches? Cesc got quite a lot of PT in the false 9 position.

Trying the Barcelona false #9 formation with Cesc as the false 9?

Italy's lineup is interesting as well. Will they be playing a 3-5-2? Lots of central midfielders in their lineup as well.

The core of the corps are not match fit

Villa
Llorente

Ballsy move. Fab is more RvP than is RvP.

ETA Torres probably will see the pitch in the second half.

I'm not sold on Negredo either but I think at this point I'd prefer Soldado to Torres.

Torres.

is there for his past contribution(s), and to make 'piña', as he's part of the group since they were winning titles as juniors.

My Italian roommates invited over all of their Italian and Spanish friends. This is about to get fun.

I like what Italy is doing with their formation, 3 in the back, and overloading the midfield. I think that is going to frustrate Spain, ESPECIALLY with no true #9 on the field.

My God. I despise both of these teams, not sure who to pull for.

I honestly think I'm leaning towards Italy.

Great gameplan by the Italians. Spain likes to play pretty narrow so Italy is going to pack the field with a ton of midfielders and dare them to play the ball wide.
