Please. He is being criticized primarily for what he has said and what he has done. This isn't worse than the criticism that Bob Bradley received, and certainly isn't worse than the criticism that some of our players have received. It's just more prominent because he talked a big game and doesn't take it very well.
We don't need this kumbuya, fire circle bullshite for someone who asked for a more critical environment, just because they didn't think that they'd be the target of criticism.

Literally the entire point of my OP was perspective-based. In 2013-14 we were the kings of CONCACAF and looked like a team on the verge of taking that next step.
But, really, since the winter friendlies late last year, we have played mostly uninspired and cringe-worthy soccer against opponents we should be handling with relative ease and over the last calendar year, we've dipped to, at best, 3rd best in CONCACAF.
