Should Kolarov and Nastasic be penalized?

Nastasic and Kolarov were both wearing these shirts during city's celebration. It says "Serbia to Tokyo".

following the precedent they set with Anelka and the quenelle, I would have to think....lol the FA doesn't follow precedent. Unless it blows until a controversy, they won't be suspended.
