I'm on mobile. A shitty mobile, but Fiorentina won despite an all time bad penalty miss by Bernardeschi and an Icardi triple.

The 6th place in Italy will make Europe as long as Lazio stays top 5. They are in the cup final with Juve.

How is Montgomery nowadays? My grandparents lived in Montgomery when I was growing up and we used to spend lots of summer times down there, it had essentially fallen apart by about 2007, I went again about a year or two ago but didn't really get to see much of the city. Still a shithole I would imagine

Yeah, but it's better than it was. Downtown has gotten a lot better since the Biscuits came into existence. Eastchase has some stuff. We're actually getting our first true brewery later this year (Common Bond). Still have a long way to go, but it's steadily getting better.

Right on, I hope it does come back. It's a classic southern city that has lots of potential imo. Always loved Sinclairs, Chappys, capital oyster, city grill, and this old school Italian place near downtown that I can't seem to remember the name of... red checker tablecloths, small and dark....no frills American Italian... frick it's gonna drive me nuts

CORSINOS!!

The Sinclairs in Cloverdale is actually closing, if it hasn't already.

Yeah, that's in the Old Cloverdale area, next to the Capri Theatre. That Sinclairs closed at the end of March. They actually recently renovated the Capri.

Now there's a nice bar in the back of the Capri and Sinclairs called Leroy's. Has a lot of interesting beers on tap.

I've gotta go to The Gump next week. What's the move for lunch, pville? I'm hardly ever in town, even though it's so close.

That was crazy. . . Down 1-2, Fiorentina scored 3 excellent goals over about a 4 minute span. . .

then Inter, down 5-2, scored 2 in the first couple of minutes of extra time to make it 5-4 and had a couple of chances in the final seconds to draw even.

Emphasizes you point from the other thread about the number of 20 goal scorers in the league this summer. Fiorentina and Inter are both overflowing with attacking talent but both seem to get stretched out very often defensively in a way you seldom saw in Serie A until the past few years.
