IF they take it from Qatar, FIFA will give it to the Aussies.

That would be nice, but realistically my time to go would be 2022... 2018 might just be a little to close for me to swing.

Does anyone think this is more political than anything?

I think FIFA / western world is becoming increasingly weary of hosting the cup in a muslim country ( ISIS related ).
