Do Bradley and Dempsey make a move to the MLS if they are playing regularly at Roma and Tottenham?
No, not today with a world cup in 6 months.
If they were making 800k Euros a year at Roma or Tottenham in September 2014 and MLS comes in with a $7 million a year offer, I would be shocked if they did not come to MLS.

They CHOSE MLS.
They did not "settle"

he is a different case esp bc he was bought on the cheap so of course his wages wont be as high.
Or maybe they think they can low ball an ambitious American.

After their clubs didn't choose them.

thing is MLS can't pay everyone these wages
They are basically taking more money for less of a challenge. A couple guys doing that isn't helping MLS or the US National team.

Then why didn't they choose another club in Europe?

Comfort and sure thing with the MLS. Cashing in on their soccer fame.

Duece was making good money in england. Bradley wasn't but in the prime of his career and how he has played we would have gotten a raise regardless. This move if happens is more like a security blanket he had and took it.

It's what I said from the beginning and it's still settling... and it doesn't grow the game here.
All these youth players still have the dream of playing in Europe regardless of the fact the Bradley and Dempsey came home.
Like I said, Donovan staying at the height of his powers did more for the MLS than this.

It has to start with a couple.
Now look at the US nats players gettin "paid" in MLS: Donovan, Dempsey, Bradley (soon), EJ, Jermaine Jones (likely soon). I could name several more.
A trickle will become a flood in a few years as MLS - hopefully - continues to improve.
Obviously, the product on the field is not improving as fast as any of us would like but it is clear that the powers that be in the league are going be more aggresive in solving this problem.

LD really had no choice but to stay when it came down to it. Outside his Everton loans he didn't see the field in europe
Dempsey took the easy out after all the moves spurs made with the Bale money
Bradley is getting pushed out and took his safe move home
EJ sucked in europe so you got me there
Jones lulzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and hes 32
keep on giving names and ill rebuttal the shite out of em

So arguably the best American player coming back to MLS, doesn't grow MLS? How is that?
I thought better talent and HOMEGROWN MURICAN talent would help. Silly me
