Other than Mexico, could any others teams fans outnumber the US fans in CA16?

I know Mexico could outnumber us head to head, but could Brazil, Argentina, etc. fans out number us on home soil head to head?
That would be embarrassing if so.

Who cares? This is not an indictment on the US fan, but blatant greed. I would go if the ticket prices weren't extortionate.

Just peeked at Ticketmaster and looks like a small frickton of tickets still available for Friday's game in Santa Clara. But $150 for a nosebleed? That's steep AF for this event.

$205 for the cheapest seats for the final

That bad? I remember looking to hit Philadelphia and those corner nosebleeds were $90. frick that noise.

That's why people are not going. Tickets are way over priced. Especially if you compare it to the Euros.
The whole tickets with this tournament was fricked from the start with not selling single match tickets. Then when no one would buy them that changed. The games are in massive NFL stadiums with the cheapest seat costing what a good seat would at the Euros in smaller stadiums and tickets are in higher demand.
Cat 4 for the euros group and round of 16 face value from UEFA and the FA's is only €25 and for the final is €85.

it's really unfortunate they keep putting games in football stadiums.

That's what it's going to be until MLS stadiums are all 40k+
Tickets for sports in America are already way to high.
That's one of the benefits of the 50+1 in Germany.

I would guess that anywhere near NY/NJ, Brazil and Argentine would outnumber the US. Colombia and likely Ecuador would also have large turnouts.
I don't think it's really that embarrassing though.
There are millions of people from those countries in the area and it's much more a unique cultural happening / gigantic party when their NT plays nearby, even when it's just a friendly.

There's actually a demand for tickets, but the market balked on the venue pass bullshite and organizers were fricked because they couldn't sell the single game allotments at a price below the venue pass pricing.

Not against US, but Haiti gets a game in the Meadowlands. Tons of Haitians will be at that one. In this country, American supporters could be outnumbered in a number of places by a number of diaspora groups.
