Has Real Madrid played anyone in CL this year that's really better than them?

They steam rolled the two teams who have dominated France and Italy. Both of which were picked to beat them. Esp PSG.

They had to beat PSG, but how good is PSG? Sure, they are winning the league, but they don't have much competition.

Juventus is 4 points clear of Napoli, and 21 points ahead of 3rd place. Napoli got knocked out in the round of 32 in Europa League (albeit to a decent, not great RB Leipzig).

that's how they sucker dumb brits out of their money

Betting favorite =/= best team

in no way was City the actual favorite to win the champions league.

Madrid, Barca, Bayern, Juve would all be favorites over City.
I actually agree with you for the most part but do you really think Juve would be favored over City this year?

What does pedigree have to do with who has the best team in a given year?

Apparently fans can score goals and block shots.

It's almost as if Real Madrid have won it the last two seasons back to back. I'd probably make them the favorite with how they perform in UCL every year.

club mentality and belief

You don't think atmosphere plays a factor in matches. You are off the wall, have you ever been to any professional match before?

I think "home field advantage" is incredibly overrated.

And certainly doesn't matter much over two legs.

They also tend to get stuck having to play Barcelona or Bayern Munich in the round of 16. Most of those years they just lost to a better team. Most of those years they weren't finishing better than 3rd or 4th in England.
