Bournemouth in League Cup on Wednesday, and then Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Might have to wait a little longer for Klopp's first league win.

Everyone except the subs looked gassed, which is obviously normal for Klopps system.

As for Milner, good thing we have to sit him. Lots of running but man we need something else. Coutinho is worrying me. Just hasn't and doesn't look there.

We are really missing Hendo. He's the link that meshes everything together.

This thing is going to take a little time. I am extremely patient but I sure wish we could just finish here for once. Klopp is figuring out who he is going to go forward with here.

As frustrating as it has been, I'm okay with it... Mainly because I do see the promise and the light at the end of the tunnel so to speak.

With BR we were shite and there was no promise at all (anyone notice the commentators kinda call him out about playing Can at CB or RB )

I'm sure Chelsea will it figured out for us when we play them. I'm going to go out on a limb and say we draw 1-1 with them.

If nothing else, we're what... unbeaten in 9 games??

A draw at the bridge wouldn't be the worst result, either..

Like I said, Klopp is still working with the same players.. plus, two of our best players are still out injured and our two big signings still aren't ready to go the full 90..

I'm comfortable that Klopp will have his system implemented by end of the season and the owners will back him some in January and all the way in the summer..

We have to get more attacking wide players... All of our guys prefer to be more central (even Markovic, when he returns), with the exception of Ibe. I would make a suggestion that's unpopular, but I think I'll hold off for now and let the season play out

Go ahead and make the suggestion - I have about ten different things I can think that you are indicating but you always have well thought out comments.

As for yesterday - I thought we had some improved link up play once bentenke came on. Firmino looks to be more comfortable - his passing and movement t seems more natural and less forced.

Lallana should have done better with some have and potential chances - I feel like that's been a recurring theme. Neither he nor Cou are covering themselves in glory right now and I really feel that no member of our midfield or attack is undroppable at this point.

A draw was a fair result. That's disappointing to say, but we are still early in the klopp system and as you said, missing several players.

I am very disappointed to give up a goal like that once we got the lead. We continue to lack the toughness (I refuse to say character) to grind out a result at this point.

So far, I think it's clear our biggest defensive liability (other than depth) is skyrtel. Most of the goals and chances are coming from his side.

I also think Lucas was exposed a bit yesterday for his lack of pace - that will be a problem against some teams. And I expect others to follow that blue print when Lucas plays.

If we are building something here - I think yesterday had some positive steps. Just not enough.

The gap with top four is growing - and we aren't building enough of a lead over Chelsea imo. I don't think we should be talking or even hoping for top four at this point - still a lot of improving left to do and some of it may not be possible until January or next summer.

Eta - if can can ever figure out what to do with the ball at the end of one of his runs, he will be quite a player.

I truly enjoy when he gets the ball in the middle third and just guns it toward the opposing goal. But you are right. If he figures out what to do with it, either go in by himself or set someone else up making a run (Origi I'm looking at you) then that would be a huge help to our struggles in front of goal. Plus, that's Klopp's system right? Win the ball back and counter with every thing we have

I have a feeling we're going to see a completely different squad in a year

I'm really not too worried about it. A lot can happen.

We aren't losing, which works for me. I will only start to judge the manager after January, and not even truly until next season to be honest.

This squad is still very new and even newer with the manager. A lot can still happen, it's only November.

Yeah I have no expectations for this year. I will only start setting goals after the man has had a real transfer window (summer) and a preseason to train these guys. Everything from this year is icing on the cake for me.

I believe that is the correct mindset. This year has to be considered as a full mulligan for Klopp. Think of this season as just bonus time for Klopp to evaluate the current players, and to start building for the team for 2016.

I'm just sick of re-building. We've been re-building since 2010.

It really depends on a lot of variables.. But if Firmino pans out.. I'd be open to selling Coutinho in the summer if he's still in high demand.. and using that money to bring in a quality wide player or two.. Let Firmino make the position his own (we also would have Markovic and Lallana)..

There are negatives... continuing the narrative of being a selling club (losing best player third summer in a row)... he is fun to watch, a fan favorite and has been good to the club..

I also have high hopes for Firmino and much of this is predicated on him proving out to be a top player..

Just thoughts as I watch the team this season.. and they were before Klopp and his bad run of form..

I can see the appeal - we have 3 current guys who really occupy the same position. One of them would bring in far more money than either of the other two currently. Sell our abundance and buy where we lack.

I think our fan base might have a problem with it - expecialy the continuation of the narrative as you say. I think Cous high standing with the fans also makes that harder - very little criticism of him despite his poor form.

I also think firmino has a long way to go to prove his worth and make Cou expendable. I also have my doubts on whether these other teams really want Cou bad enough to over pay for him.

That's the big one for me, it would have to be a great deal... Right now, he is somewhat of a luxury player to the big teams... So, he's probably worth way more to us than anyone else... I cant see anyone offering "Sterling Money"

But still, we have an abundance of players vying for a couple of positions...

He isn't British so "Sterling" money wouldn't even be a reasonable price. I love Cou but he is either all the way there or completely absent from the pitch.

To be fair, he doesn't seem to have much help. He either receives a bad pass, or nobody keeps up on their run so he passes to nobody. He is frustrated with himself, but I think it is less him and more his situation of not having players pushing forward in the attack to help.

I am going to say something that I truly cannot believe, but I have full confidence in the man in charge. If he wants them...done, if he doesn't think they'll fit....done. I feel like I have shown a great deal of character in typing this opinion.
