I'm about to re-watch the match. I'll probably enjoy it more the 2nd go around

Also kudos to BR for giving all the praise and credit to the players for their effort in his post-game.

Rewatched the game. Great to see Milner get a 20 min workout before he joins the reds

Also, while Sturridge didn't bury his chance from the Toure mistake, he didn't get very good service. No one really attempted to send through balls to him or cross it. We are surviving without his past scoring rate but service to him needs to improve. I suspect that will come as he gets more and more regular minutes

Just put it in again. I think this is the first time since last season (probably the Arsenal thrashing) I'll rewatch a whole match

But seriously. 9 out of 9 taken from City, Southampton, and Tottenham is amazing. I was confident but not this confident

Agreed. I would've optimistically been happy with 5 from those

I'm pretty sure I'd have called you batshit crazy if you predicted that, especially with the Europa games thrown in there... I'm pretty pumped about the rest of this season, optimistic we can finish top 4 and maybe even get some silverware (FA Cup)

We may have the easiest remaining BPL schedule out of the rest of our competition for 3rd and 4th place (Arsenal, Man U, Southampton, and Tottenham).

I'd tend to agree, plus the head to heads against both teams in front of us right now, how sweet would it be to win those two (especially United).

I feel really good about our chances against Man U right now.

Aside from accumulation of points and climbing up the table, I think the most important thing about this run is that it has showed us that we will be okay without Stevie, as difficult as him leaving will be

if we give the same effort as we did today, AND we start converting some of those chances in front of the net, rather than taking that one extra touch or that one extra pass, then yes....

hell, we could beat pretty much anyone if that's the case.... this team has legit, young talent, and will only get BETTER here on out.... think about that

Bummer for Ibe, that Turkey pitch was a piece of crap. Surprised thats the worst that came out of it.

He could honestly probably use a decent rest and it will give Markovic some needed game time to find his form again.

Super excited about future prospects this year.

My tradition is to eat ice cream after every Liverpool victory.

My New Year's Resolution was to lose weight.

Liverpool's 2015 form is responsible for me not keeping my New Year's Resolution.

Just eat a Coutinho sized scoop instead of a Lampard sized one.

Wow, in the midst of this surge I hadn't sat back and looked at it like that.

Remaining fixtures:

Burnley H
Blackburn (FA Cup) H
Swansea A
Man United H
Arsenal A
Newcastle H

Hull A
West Brom A
QPR H
Chelsea A
Crystal Palace H
Stoke A

Gotta keep grinding. That highlighted stretch won't be fun.
