Mane escaped a dislocation diagnosis. Only a muscular injury, and he shouldn't be out for too long by all accounts.
Also, Studge is back on schedule for fitness and training. Should be available on Saturday.

Deal finally reached with Palace for Benteke. 27 plus add ons
Good luck to him I hope he does well. He will obviously score a hat trick against us

Not a bad deal... Glad he's off the books

I have to imagine the £5mm in add ons is realistic... Basically, getting our money back...
I had no doubt they'd stump up what we were asking... Especially when they sold Bolasie for that much...

Hey buddy
Glad to have Teke off the books. I was reading this morning that Markovic is drawing interest from multiple teams and they are considering loaning him out again. Do you all think the club sends him out again? Or does he finally get some playing time with the 1st squad?

So we'll essentially be breaking even this window. Solid window IMO, but I'd still like a LB to come in to at least compete with Moreno.
I wouldn't mind Marko getting loaned out at all. We know he's got great potential, he just needs to play regularly, and we don't have a ton of fixtures this year with no Europe.
Now just to find someone to take Mario off the books...

Saw something about him going to Wolves.

All the best to him. God he frustrated me but I'll never hate the guy. He was a professional and always gave his all.

Anybody get the feeling we actually have a guy who knows what the hell he is doing in the transfer window? Between December and the Summer I have been delighted as hell. What I like best is that we are getting good returns on our outgoing players and most importantly our players coming in actually fit our current system!!!! Now I know this might confuse some new Reds fans but you really don't have to panic and just start buying guys because you have some cash. I would have liked to have seen a DM and an LB but if we don't purchase either it probably means that the players available do not fit like Klopp wants or he feels it's just not a good purchase. The man is building something here and it is apparent he doesn't plan on going anywhere. Jesus, does anyone else feel as good as I do?

Yeah, I'm pretty pumped right now, our business has been really good with JK in charge. Hope we can keep him around for a long long time

Ditto to 100% of what you said. This window has been night and day to what we've seen in the past.

Im just glad to see a clear on pitch system. Period haha With BR, it was a friggin roller coaster. One match we are pressing, the next packing the bus and sitting back. Spending money on a big buzz name simply because that would appease some folks, but never thinking how that player slots into the 11 or team depth. With Klopp, the formation and tactic changes slightly, but it is always aggressive football all the time. And it is acquiring players that fit an exact need of the squad. I like the system and am beyond glad to have a guy at the helm that has a proven one. Now it is time to let the magician work his magic. I have no problem giving him time to get great results, but I do not think Red fans will have to wait long for them.

Good morning, Reds! Need 3 points here!

I'm just really looking forward to seeing how Klopp plans to attack the dross and how we look. The true test will come in a home game when they really sit back, but this should be interesting today.
The 19 pass ARsenal goal gives me hope that we have enough lock pickers to score the goals.

I wonder if the front 3 will be flipped and we'll see a diamond with Bob and Dan up top..
