or why Japan and Qatar are in it

For anyone wondering, they have always had two guest teams play. There are only 10 total CONEMBOL sides so it makes it easier to form a tournament.

Japan has also been in it before.

Qatar and Japan are both in the Asian region and there is nothing going on there this summer. Africa has AFCON, Europe has Euro qualifiers and Nations League and CONCACAF has the Gold Cup.

I'm already tired of these South American antics.

Let's go Japan.

I take it there's not a non-"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!" broadcast of this match?

So, I guess no commentators are better than one that yells GOL for 3 minutes.

content will be a little dry until August but it’s a must have if you watch world football

There's still a lot of MLS this summer and the next round of the US Open Cup is this coming week.

For $5 a month it's really hard to pass up if you watch soccer.

Yeah. It's a must have. I think it's even cheaper than $5/month if you buy a year's subscription.

I’m glad I’m not so poor I have to seriously contemplate $5 a month.
