Lots of rumblings about if he did take that job, how they would push for him to embrace some of the clubs philosophies if he wants to be there long term.

I'm assuming youth. Which we both know won't happen.
It'll be grand for him to be in the league again. Pep, Wenger, Mourinho, and maybe Pellegrini at Chelsea? Chelsea should really look at Pochettino.
