All Reyna does is get in good positions to be ignored by his teammates, hold possession, make assists, and draw yellow cards. It’s entertaining and frustrating at the same time.

Except he hasn't. It's just lazy to say he is a Abad defender. Is he looking as good as he did two years ago? No. There's also been a metric shite ton of unsure circumstances in how Liverpool's back line and back end of midfield have been constructed. Call it what you want, but there aren't many situations that can cause more problems than that.
He'll go to the Euros. It would be retarded not to take him. I'm not 100% familiar with Southgate's system, so I won't say he should start.
I'm not under the illusion that he is the best defensive RB in the world, but what he brings to any squad is absolutely inarguable, and Southgate deserves criticism for his exclusion of TAA.

That’s literally proves he’s been exposed as a defender bc he doesn’t have his clutch CB’s to bail out his mistakes
He’s been shredded a lot this season in one on ones and has been caught way out of position over and over

Triper second most complete
AWB best defensively but lacks the final product going forward.( he is improving)
Reece James has the biggest upside of the 3 young players
He does both defend and go forward and extremely good
