Arsenal have definitely earned it. More so than most teams over the last couple of years. But you can't say this semi isn't favorable.

The trophy should be theirs.

Oh ye of little faith.

Wenger values making the CL more than anything. If we are out of the title and out of the CL, we will put everything into making the top four. Even sacrificing the FA Cup.

I think Arsenal isn't in any trouble in missing out of a CL spot. I think Chelsea and City might pull too far ahead to win the league. Arsenal will now battle Liverpool for 3rd. I say Wenger needs to put everything toward winning the Cup now.

Yeah it's a very pathetic excuse already lined up. Just how much of negative impact on their CL race would it really be to try to win the FA Cup?

And stop acting like we're talking about the League Cup here, the FA Cup is nothing to sniff at.

Just going by history, Wenger doesn't give a frick about the FA Cup. He rested Arshavin in the semi-final at home to Chelsea. A very winnable game in which we led. Arshavin was in the form of his life at the time too. All because he valued fourth over winning a trophy. I can tell you that he wants to win the PL, the CL, and then get the top four. The rest is unimportant to him.

That was sarcasm of the subtlest variety by crazy; trying to explain Wenger's annoying habit of differing questions about his lack of trophies.

Looking at the schedule in April we currently play at Everton before the semi final. We were going to play West Ham on the 13th. Not sure if they move that to mid week before or after the FA Cup game. If we play West Ham before the Wigan match though I would say we should sit out some guys.

Your guys could put their shoes on the wrong feet and wear their shorts over their heads the rest of the season and you would still finish top 4.

There are no challengers with a prayer of threatening anybody in the top 4 right now.

You will be out of the CL on Wednesday so you won't have to worry about that. Arsenal should be balls out for the FA Cup right now just to end that drought.

Its 9 years, Wenger will not risk this, Arsenal are 6 points clear with a game in hand of Spurs, they aren't in an all out battle for it.
