I haven't noticed Walker (outside of an amateur attempt at a half-volley off a corner) because Mendy has been so bad.

Walker was really bad placing forward passes, as he seemed to make the wrong decision pretty much every time.
City weren't as robust in the 2nd half, but their passing patterns were superb in the 1st. Even in the 2nd they had some solid moves.
One thing I noticed was that both Spurs and City had their wide players very wide, which left the inside channels open to exploit. Tottenham didn't even try to exploit those free areas, as Lamela for some reason was playing at the back shoulder of the CB, when he should have maybe shown for the ball. In the same situation, some smart interplay by Mahrez and Bernardo should have led to another City goal, as Bernardo exploited the channel really well.
