Looks like Slovakia and Portugal are through as 3rd place finishers.
Sweden and Ireland could join them with wins today. Otherwise, it is Northern Ireland and/or Turkey (in that order).
Slovakia finishes anywhere from 1 to 3 (among 3s). Same for Sweden and Ireland. Portugal 2 to 4. Northern Ireland 3 or 4. Turkey 4.
So, right now, it is:
Slovakia
Portugal
Northern Ireland
Turkey
But Sweden and/or Ireland can slide in there and knock out Turkey, or Northern Ireland and Turkey, and push Portugal down.
Those teams will match up with Wales, Croatia, France, and Germany. Pretty screwy that those teams didn't have to earn the right to play a third place finisher.
EDIT: Belgium could wind up a 3rd place finisher and change some of that.

The Irish are awesome in the stands and in the streets. The videos of their fans doing awesome things around France has been the best thing about this tournament. They get hammered drunk and support their country without being assholes. They're the standard for making your country proud. Hell, they just sang Italy's national anthem.

The Irish chanting "horse, horse, horse" while a guy with a horse head mask punts a soccer ball into an open window is the best thing on the internet. Serenading a nun, singing a lullaby to a baby on a train, denting the hood of a car and then stuffing money into the window to pay for it and then fixing the dent, changing an elderly couple's tire, etc.
