If someone has a smartphone anywhere near you, why would you assault them? Assaulting someone is awful in the first place, male or female, but it takes a special breed of stupid piece of shite to do it when someone is literally a swipe a way from documenting it. In the case of someone like Maradona, I genuinely believe he just doesn't give a frick and sees himself as above being punished for this sort of thing. Rules are for normal people, right?
