My boss must know I was planning to watch the match because I just got scheduled for an afternoon meeting.

6 points, but it would be nice to find the net more than once a game. Defense is looking terrific.

Over the last few seasons, including Sir Alex's last one, United have shown they can attack well and defend well.

They just can't do both at the same time.

From what I was able to watch, once Memphis starts putting his shots on target we will be solid.

memphis's shot was weird. it looked to have the perfect spin on it but when it bounced it completely killed it and went just wide.

love when schweiny comes on and can calm everything down. other players give him so much space i guess b/c of the respect factor.

Everyone of you sound incredibly delusional. Let me try to make it very simple. Manchester United is the worst two win team in the opening two weeks of the EPL in 10 years. Thank the football gods that you have been lucky enough to see two wins.

I thought the same thing. Memphis had the corner picked out, but the ball skipped off the pitch. The field played fast all night.

It's nice to see us have the type of team that can kill off these one goal games. Schweini has definitely been a big part of that. Certain players like Schweini, Scholes, Pirlo, etc. are so good at using their touch and experience to buy time and space on the ball. It's not fair how easy they make it look. They just bring that calming presence, as their teammates know they always have an option on the ball at any time.

I can't say enough about our fullbacks so far this season. Their positioning has been excellent. Mike Smalling and Blind have mopped up everything they've needed to, as well.

6/6 is a good start. Hope we can add chances to our possession moving forward.

Schweinsteiger and Rooney combined with some veteran shite for the last 10-20 minutes of that game. That was really impressive.

You know how bad this makes Spurs sound, right?

The great teams figure a way to win when they are not their best. Last year we would have panicked and come out with a draw. Basti took control of the game. 4 3 3 with schniederlin herrara basti/carrick

mata rooney/pedro memphis/pedro

would be great. Assuming we pay the damn extra 5 mil euro and wrap pedro. Woody is becoming Levy

Watched the match last night at the British bar out here had a blast.

We looked outstanding defensively again, having real protection for the back four has paid off big time.

Schweinsteiger took the match over once he came on. I had forgot how fricking big that dudes legs are. He's a tank. Im the same height and weight as him but fricking hell hes got trunks for legs.

What stat would you like to discuss next?

How about the one where Spurs has scored more goals than Manchester United and have five fewer points?
