I was working and unable to watch. I could only keep up with the ESPN App.
I was pretty relaxed after Mahrez’ goal. Only slightly nervous at the 90’ goal. Devastated when I hit refresh.
Good thing I was not watching because I would have surely thrown something through my 75” Sony.

If we lose the league too...sorry, when we lose the league, this will be one of the most devastating seasons in recent history. It's hitting me as hard as '98 when we got relegated to the third division, and I was around 10.

I don't see them keeping the league after that
This could be a few minutes that unravels Pep's next few years and creates a hole for his early exit - I really hope I'm being hyperbolic here

Weren’t city in a similar situation a few years ago when yall won the league over LFC by a point? Champions league heartbreak but were able to stay focused and win out in the league

Yes but that was in the QF there was more time left to go in the league plus City was still alive in the FA/Carabao at that point for the domestic treble.
Very similar but now the burden of two extra CL disappointments closer to the finish line. I hope they hold Liverpool off but they'll have to win out.

I just watched the highlights and wow, Courtois made some world class saves.

Let’s hope City can take advantage of Liverpool dropping points.

Totally flipped the GD too. Good position for the final matches.

Great result but gonna have to win the last few without MAJOR players.
Breaking: Kyle Walker, John Stones and Ruben Dias have been ruled out for the rest of the season, says Pep Guardiola.
It will be done. But this makes it a tad more difficult. My main worry is West Ham. I could see a draw there. If they play like they did today, it’s all W’s.

I was furious mid-week. Didn’t know what to do. Had to stay off of here and social media in general, was genuinely fuming.
Good bounce back today. If we can win the league I may keep an ounce of sanity.

This is my first time on the soccer board since the loss as well.
Can’t even imagine how Pep feels.
Good win today.

Kyle Walker
I can’t believe the only lineups Madrid didn’t score against was the one with Walker on the pitch.
What a performance by him, especially injured. He has been essential to this stretch of the club’s success.

Looks like we got a striker. He's no Aguero but I think he'll be aight.
