yeah, he was easy to spot. He told me we inquired early on and that was it... He wouldnt come off of any info. on who we were looking at, fair enough...

Yall still get arguably a world class talent to help holdover for a year while the club continues to transition while under Rodgers. I would have taken him at Arsenal on a loan with no option.

Agreed. It's a catch 22. We need top 4 to attract top players, but we can't get to top 4 without top players. He will help bridge the gap even if it is only for a single season.
Hopefully RM get Modric and he beasts it up and they decide Sahin is expendable

I've always liked Huntelaar. He is 29, so I'd hope we'd be smart in negotiations, but I'm not worried too much about that. BR has proven he wont throw money at things just to get them.
