Downing is so bad.

How is it that every fricking player we have has forgotten how to put their knee over the God damned ball.
I can't even count the amount of times the ball has sailed into the rafters.

Definitely should've been a red. That challenge was awful.

Thank God. Chuck off for Gerrard.

Carroll is just not a good player. There is no way around it.

Way to close out 2011... Here's to a healthy Gerrard in 2012...

The team looks brand new with him in the 11. If he can stay healthy we may just be able to turn this around and grab a top 4 spot against all odds.

Hopefully we can get top 4, with Stevie, Suarez back from suspension (hopefully reduced on appeal) and maybe some January additions...
The defense has been so solid, we just need to start scoring goals!!
Well, Im in good spirits moving into 2012!!

Just hiked out of the Grand Canyon and saw our last 2 fixtures. I'm pretty ecstatic with the Newcastle result. Can I watch it anywhere online?

i WOULD be, but i know a depressing outcome vs. the lower tier teams are waiting around the corner... they remind me of the saints teams of 2001-2003... playing "up" to competition, then looking like dogshit vs. teams that they should handle easily....
inconsistent as all fricking get out.... it's very, very aggrevating... we have the talent... we have the organization and coaching... we just don't have the consistency....
i'm praying that we can get to the CL with a top 4 finish..... i used to be a Man U fan, but something about 'Pool drew me in, and i have never looked back, and i'm just waiting for the day that the Kop matters again on the landscape of the major international/English football on a yearly basis....

Can anybody give me a run down of the match?
I read that Carroll was a changed man once Stevie came on the pitch. His awareness, positioning and work rate were all better? Stevie really can have that impact on a player. Just his presence does wonders I would imagine. Also I can see how his crosses from midfield would be beneficial.
