I read a couple things about it. It's not nearly as bad as it seems. Word is a good chunk of it is bullshite switch in owners stuff and then 30M was for the fricking architecture designs for the new Anfield that has been abandoned (Hicks still fricking us).

Quite a large figure when taken out of context. Doesn't figure in the warrior kit deal. But this does go to show you just how disastrous the previous ownership was.

For us to spend 57m in players in the summer despite losing over 35m for past owners' mistakes puts FSG in a good light - while in the long term they want Liverpool to financially sustainable with or without CL revenue, they're not reluctant to spend early on in order to get us there.
From Reddit. Great point.

Not to go MB on yall again, but 50MM in charges is largely irrelevant. Charges are explicitly not cash transactions, its really just the owners cleaning up the books post-Hicks. The fact that they've reduced their interest expense 6X is much more relevant.

Yep. Like I said, it's a bullshite number. Lowering the interest rate from 18M to 3M should be the big news. The club is moving in the right direction.

Im not sure how it all works, but its got to be better to take that hit now, before FFP takes effect, right?

Also, the wait is over... new kit will be revealed on LFC website a week from today...
I dont know if Im more worried about this or tomorrow's final...

Is next year's kit going to be by Warrior or is that deal for the future?

So, does KK survive? I'm not so sure... We cant have another transfer season of Steven Fletcher, Matt Jarvis and Victor Moses...
All good squad players and will keep you in the EPL, but to get back to playing on the main stage... then signing British policy just wont do. I'm kinda convinced this is KK's policy and while it worked in the 80s/90s, those days are gone...

BEAST and I had an extensive Twitter convo about this. He has guys he wants, I have guys I want. If either of us gets our way we're in for a good offseason.

I will still be shocked if Kenny doesn't stay another year. This season has been nuts.
Here is my last video of the day. fricking awesome:

Well I guess the big rumor (probably completely baseless) is that KK will be taking a job upstairs, with Rafa and Hyppia returning to manage and coach.
Wishful thinking, IMO. But that's the rumor.
