This. Also, didn’t Werner just sign a new contract this offseason? I’d imagine Leipzig will be in no hurry to move him along.

It does if you’re talking about the clubs urgency in selling him. That windfall will still be there at the end of the year. They’d have no motivation to sell him in January with their current form.
