So… will Eze be able to play for Arsenal on Saturday (not that it really matters but, ya know.)

I think they have to have him registered by like mid day tomorrow, but honestly I don't know all the rules

tBoss press conference

We will see on Dominic. He has missed a lot of team training. Every day is important. He makes a good impression and he is well integrated. Fitness, good shape. Great character.

I don't speak about names, but I have addressed the need for a full-back and strengthening the offence. Let's see if we do one or two more would be beneficial. The pressure is away with Dominic and Noah, but I would not rule out one or two more in the offence.

Farke says this weekend is possible for Okafor after a decent summer with Milan.

At least we have depth in midfield, but sucks that tCaptain is out for the next 2

Really sucks. Can't afford to miss him for any extended period of time, but, if he's going to miss, I'm glad its @ Arsenal and at home to Newcastle..

Guessing it'll be Gruev or Longstaff that come in?

This is a little worrisome - the pressure is definitely not off. We absolutely need one or two more to solidify the attack - especially considering how injury prone the ones we brought in are.

How are we $$ wise? It seems like we haven't spent nearly what we were projected too (could be wrong here). Not having the outgoings (Bamford, Meslier, etc.) probably doesn't help either.

I think with Okafor we are up to around 90 something million

They still want FB cover so you would think that’s another 10-15 (maybe less)

So they could still have another 25-50 to utilize before close of the window. I think (and hope) what Farke means is we aren’t pressured to bring someone in today because we have glaring holes.

Meaning we can wait into next week to see if some other folks who were not available earlier are now.

I would like to see tBoss bring Bijol in for Ampadu and play 3 at the back with wingbacks. Not sure he’ll go there. If we keep the same formation I would start Longstaff.

I’m surprised it turned out to be the MCL when it looked like his ankle was fooked.

Yea me too. That’s like his 3rd knee injury in 11 months.

Gunners news ahead of tomorrow, I would have been happy with Leeds coming out of the first three matches with 2 points.

So if they get anything out of these next two from teams who should be in the top 5-6 come end of the year I will be very happy.

I think we can nick a point from the Arsenal match if our midfield sans Ampadu plays somewhat close to how they did on Monday. The captain is a massive loss but Arsenal's attack was anemic versus the scum. I like our chances.

Saka has Harvey Barnes-itis in that he seems to always score on us. (That assist from Rodrigo lives in my nightmares.)

Just hope we are competitive and don’t get pumped. Need to be difficult to beat in these kinds of away games. We were solid OOP vs Everton but arsenal will obviously test us more.

I’m way too optimistic after the Everton win (similar to the Chelsea win a few years ago), so I’m figuring we have a decent chance of getting a result. Realistically should just be hoping that we can keep it competitive and not blow our GD up.

Borussia Dortmund trying to sign Cresswell so we would get a 15% sell on.

Of course I tune in to hopefully see Chelsea kick West Ham while they’re down and some Hammer character buries an absolute screamer within just a few minutes.

3 goals and another ruled out within 23 minutes.

Is West Ham actually shite?

They have a bad vibe around them but they have some really good players. I think they get Summerville back soon. That said if they go down and we stay up: 2 words. Jarrod Bowen.
