Any idea how this new Sky setup is going to impact espn+ availability? It sounds like the number of times they’re moved for the main broadcast will be capped which would normally mean less games for us over here. But with Sky Sports+ having the agreement for all other matches could we possibly get them all without match passes?

There has been some buzz around the smiley badge returning next season but what is it actually? Was it a really a smiley, or an oddly shaped ball that looked like an oddly shaped smiley?

The original smiley had the lettering in blue with a yellow background. This was later inverted into yellow writing with a blue background, before a border was added with ‘Leeds United AFC’ written around it in 1977.
The smiley remains a cult favourite amongst the Elland Road faithful and the club still offer ‘retro’ merchandise with the badge on.

I’ll be damned. I could have stared at it for hours and might not have ever seen the letters. I guess my eyes automatically focus on the breaks that run through the middle. I was on a walk listening to the TSB podcast this week discussing it and now their mention of bubble letters makes a whole lot more sense.

He’s an exciting prospect but still very young. Played a lot of RB last season but long term he’s an 8. If he does go to a spurs/chelsea/arsenal i think it would be beneficial to loan him back for a year. He needs to play every week to keep developing.

A loan would be most likely. Porro has been our most dependable player with no injuries at right back.
