So this means tomorrow we practically have no one else that can create runs at the opposing defense besides Willy.

He is gonna be swarmed over so much it’s stupid

Maybe Harrison gets a start

Aaronson looks drained.

I think Jack would have started over Aaronson tomorrow but with Summerville out and Klich gone they will both probably be in.

I don’t think we have discussed but this has been floating around early in the window as well.

Club Brugge goalkeeper Senne Lammens is almost certain to join Leeds United in the ongoing transfer window, it has been claimed in Belgium.

Seems like coverage for the inevitable sell of tIceman eventually

Apparently Club Brugge already has his replacement in for a medical, so Leeds may be making this announcement right after Rutter.

I think Jesse may need to win this one or Brentford to avoid tSack.

I would think so. But i also have a feeling the niners and the board are all in on him. This month is crucial. Less than 2 wins and a draw or 2 from this run of games and we’re in trouble. Also need to have a good performance against cardiff in that replay and not lose to boreham wood or accrington. I think the last time we played accrington Berardi got sent off on his debut for judo kicking a guy.

Yeah February and even March to an extent is manageable. That’s why I think they would want to give a new manager the chance to salvage something from that. If we get into April with a lot of work to be done the run in is going to be tough.

So essentially in the premier league one recruitment window is equal to two recruiting classes at a university.

You better show some improvement or some semblance of progress or your arse is on the hot seat. Understandably so because the premier league provides so much by way of money for the clubs

I do believe it’s about time to pull the plug lads, bad start to this stretch of important games.

Not that we lost, I can accept losing an away match. Just the way in which we gave up terrible chances for villa has pushed me into the #MarschingOutTogether camp

So our defense under Bielsa was like a sieve and it hasn’t changed with Marsh — so is it really the coach, or players. Guess it could always be both. Honestly don’t know enough about the tactics to tell

The defense wasn’t always bad under Bielsa, I can only speak to the defense being terrible all year.

Honestly looking at statistics it wasn’t great under Marsch last year either.

If it was so bad an obviously players I would assume it would fall on the coach and recruiting department to fix it on the transfer market.

Either way it looks very much like no progress has been made tactically wise, but damn it is hard to tell when the back third is normally a frantic mad house

Bielsa’s man to man system was killing us because the 3 key cogs (Phillips, Bamford, Cooper) were out for several months but it was also tactically exploited a bit with one-twos and center backs going on adventurous runs

Marsch’s system gets us dragged all over the pitch, but there are also too many individual errors. We also look clueless in attack unless our backs are to the wall. We haven’t dominated a game since Chelsea in August.

Wöber needs to start next couple games. He has a much needed sense of cool. Also give Drameh the start v Cardiff

Hard to believe this is the same team that was in the game.

I seem to recall everyone in the thread discussing they couldn’t waste this hot start, then the Everton time wasting mid week game and it’s been downhill every since

I think we got Potter’d against Brighton after that. Then Everton. Then brentford long balled us and we played like shite till Liverpool.

Defense was solid to decent until that Brentford match and it has fallen apart since then.

This tweet

It’s a shame Summerville is out for obvious reasons but i really feel like BA could use a couple games coming off the bench. He looks drained and out of ideas. tUltimate “should we” …Recall Dan James?
