All these playoffs are going poorly, if you are a US fan.

Ronaldo shows why he is the best in the world.

I just hope he is able to score in the World Cup this summer after South Africa 4 years ago

Not a qualifier, but Gibraltar played their first official friendly today and held Slovakia to a 0-0 draw.

Not bad against a side with World Cup experience on your first go.

Valbuena must be an annoying little prick to defend. He's like 5'2". It would be the equivalent of trying to mark a sixth grader. Anytime you touch him, he's going to fall down from the sheer force of contact.

Tidy player though.

Howard Webb is taking none of CR's diving BS.

Anytime a player continues to roll over and over about 4 times, it's a tell tale sign of a dive.

he is much better than nasri, at least in that role for the French team.

was really surprised he didn't start in the first leg.

there wasn't contact? I thought he got clipped? Not by the initial tackle, but after Ribery jumped.

For some reason my espn3 feed doesn't have announcers.

Regardless it was an acting job.

Sweden has a chance!

ETA - Damn, I think their knees clashed but Howard Webb didn't buy it.

Sweden is playing very hard right now, very physical, and running around challenging everything.

There was a little contact. He kinda dragged his foot to make sure there was some. He certainly sold it though.
