Yes it does.
We go visit friends in London every 4 years to visit friends then we go on to another city to vacation and London has got very ethnic in the last 12 years.
We went to the old horse stables its a market in Central London
I bought a great custom leather satchel embossed w/ my initials on my fist trip there and I wanted to get another and one for my nephew and it was not even close to the same make up of people.

My uncle has lived in Islington since 1972 and I'd say that London has always been very ethnic.

They’re likely fake fans, but I suppose it could be plausible given the massive Indian population in England and the British colonization of India.
Now, if a similar group of fans is gathered and singing for Denmark, Sweden, Serbia etc, that’d be hysterical.
