Is kind of crazy that for all the talk about lack of development over the years,

we didn’t advance because of simple basic things like staying with your man.

Not mad they lost. Pissed they lost basic fundamentals and played so poorly. All 3 goals the dude in the box was so open he could pick a corner.

Mental fatigue. I think a lack of depth really hurt us. We have a strong 11 but beyond that… 
This team is super young, and young players make mistakes more frequently than older, more experienced players. The future is fricking bright and there is a ton to be positive about from this tournament.

Depth and mental shite definitely made the difference. Tyler Adams had moments where he was a totally different player, and I don't question his effort or devotion to the shirt. Just a tough arse tournament.

You only get 5 subs per game so can’t get much rest regardless unless you solidify your spot after first 2 matches.
