Oh, he happy......

ETA Nine years in Europe, I believe he´s be in Spain for seven, maybe only six, and he still can´t speak Spanish very well. Oh well...........

Is he retarded? Spanish is pretty easy to at least pick up the basics.

He´s got words, he´s got phrases, but he can´t speak fluidly. He goes to Brasilian portuguese, or is stymied.

There´s no doubt he understands all of it (Spanish), and it´s pretty endearing to hear his Brasilian accent and the way he speaks some hard Spanish with his accent (most Brasilians speak a lazy Argentine type of Spanish).

This was a serious interview with a reporter. He was at a loss. I´d imagine the emotion was a factor, as well.

I still occasionally revert to Spanish without realizing it when speaking Italian. My professor used to get furious with me.

To be fair, he was trying to speak properly, and the words just didn´t come out. Many times, he spoke Spanish words with a Portuguese syntax.

I used to speak a lot of Italian many, many moons ago (mid 90´s), and it´s easy to do that. Apart from that, all the Italians wanted to learn Spanish or were learning Spanish, and I´d never get to fully let myself go!

I took 3 years of spanish in high school. Forgot most of it, but subliminally random words will come out when I'm knee deep in Italian and I'm always surprised at what my subconscious remembers.

Can't wait for him to come to the Prem. Imagine if Atletico would have accepted LFC's offer this summer.

Yep, back when most people were like, Diego who?!?! He would have been great in those 5 games Suarez missed and 9 that Studge missed...

Ive kinda been impressed with Borini at Sunderland, hopefully we give him a chance next season..

He told the world what the Liverpool ownership does with release clauses.

And I'm glad we do. As he said, the contract system in international football is an absolute joke. Hopefully more owners start holding their players accountable for their legal obligations.
