as much as football reviews. I would say the soccer reviews have even more impact on the game given the amount of goals.

It does seem more BS and definitely affects the game more.

It seems to me Penalty Kicks play too Big a part of the game
But that's probably why you need reviews

I just said this in another thread… talking about cards and reviews. I watch Prem, Budesliga, Serie A and Liga Spain.

They’re pretty straight forward. What you’re seeing is FIFA frickery and compromised refs. I watch thousands of hours of soccer a year… never happens like this is in regular league play. Never.

It’s not a good look if true. Even football has a provision for “incidental contact”.
These reviews just lead to more dramatic reactions from every contact play. It’s just comical when four guys are rolling around like they have compound fractures.

I will say, in open play the refs are letting them play, which I’ve really liked. Less stopping play and the flopping hasn’t been as bad or called.

HOWEVER… the in the box penalties and VAR have been ramped up to 11 and bullshite.

And then jump back up in seconds. If you go down, you should have to go off the field.
