So she may not be from the US but I'd say it's pretty safe to say she isn't from Ghana either. That's not being racist, that's just odds. I'm American, if I was in Germany and Germany was playing another country, I wouldn't be out running around in the flag of their opponent. That's asking for trouble.

Let's say she has ties to Ghana. Let's say that she isn't American. I, personally, wouldn't be doing what she is doing, but it's her right.
Let's say she has ties to Ghana and is American. If this is the case, which seems more likely, then she's probably the count we all think she is.
