Was that the first clearly onside goal that was nullified during the Cup? Mexico had one against Cameroon as well, if I remember.

I wish they would make a provision to review the offside call there. Most of the time it's a rather benign call, but for a goal scoring opportunity I don't see why it can't be reviewed.
they really can't get too crazy with the reviews. You can't stop the game to review calls like you can in other sports.

Or just have a ref in a booth or somewhere in the stadium that can use some technology that shows if hes on or off. And just buzz it down to the head ref or assistant ref or something. I mean its not a real review either... at the most it would take 1 minute to see if he was on or off.
Thats too important of a call to get it wrong on the biggest stage in the world. I mean it comes along once every 4 years... shouldnt frick someone over due to an offsides call / non call.

It was the first time I haven't seen Bosnia track a shot in all game and it was the only time it actually rebounded out. Bad time to get lazy there.
And now Nigeria just got a controversial one.

That's tough for Bosnia there

Probably a good no call there.

Emenike raping folks out there.

Yea i dont mind the no call at all. Could have went either way.
But the offsides call that took a goal away from Bosnia was complete and utter bullshite.

I agree. Just feel bad for Bosnia because it should be 1-1, at worst.

Stepped away for a minute and missed the offsides one. Bosnia will get one back though, they're playing well...just a bit lazy at times.

Should be 1-1. Emenike didn't foul there. What a boss. Let's see what his transfer value is after this tournament.

Exactly it would take another ref in the booth, but the stoppage in play wouldn't be any longer than it would if the player had scored, the ref had to give a card, or if there were an injury. It's laughable that we have the technology to give what is fair but choose not to.
