That's what I thought, because I always remembered a bunch of players being out for the round of 16 due to card accumulation.
So it would almost be better to get the card in the 2nd match so you miss the 3rd group match instead of your round of 16 match.

I thought it was always two because of the two yellows = one red thing which = suspension, but IDK.
It's a stupid rule no matter what.
I'm fine with two yellows in the same match = suspended from the next match but I hate the accumulation rule.
