Dribblers are generally fouled a lot, but the essential problem is that refs always vary with the type of contact they consider fouls. How you instill consistency with regard to contact when there is a wide interpretation with regards to the application of the rules contributes to the diving problem, in my view.
I don't like diving or embellishing but I realize why it happens.
