Can't place a PK any better than that. Keeper was on it and still couldn't get a hand to it.

It's hard to tell how legit the PK is. It's definitely a foul but was the ball even playable?

BS yes it was. It was a foul for the defender to put his arms around him like that, true. But the Uruguayan definitely hit the deck to sell it. I doubt that gets called if he doesn't flop.

It was a dive and it was a hug. Shouldn't have been called a penalty though. Again, FIFA needs to go to replay on these PKs

Like I said it may have been weak but the defender shouldn't have put the referee in a position to make that call. If that happened in a us game id be more mad at the defender than the referee
