Looks like Seatlle or Salt Lake for this guy. Would love to do KC but it's the day before the Florida game.

I think they should have tried Mexico in Seattle if the Sounders fans showed up in full force that be

Is there anything noteworthy to do in SLC in the summer?

I know Park City will have their ski slopes converted to biking and hiking trails during that time if you're into that

Wish they'd use college stadiums. If Columbus is such a great partisan location for the US, imagine USA-Mexico at Ohio Stadium

That stadium is way too big. Hell, any NFL stadium is way too big. Until soccer becomes much bigger in the US, 20k seat stadiums are perfect for keeping the atmosphere up.

If anyone wants to party in Seattle let me know, I know all the pre-Sounders bars to go to.

Anybody have a clue how difficult tickets are to get to a WCQ game?

Usually not that bad. The Mexico game usually sells pretty quickly, but the rest are manageable.

Sign up for the US Soccer Supporter's Club, and it's really easy.

Just briefly looked at that. Is there a limit to the amount of tickets you can get though one membership? I will most likely be travelling with 2 others.

I think it's almost always a max of 8. I wouldn't be surprised if they maxed out at 4 for Mexico in the future, as demand for that match continues to grow.

That said, I don't *think* you need to be a USSC member to get tickets. The $50 a year is worth it to me for the security of knowing that if there is a US Soccer match I want to see, I can get tickets.

Cool thanks. I think I might do the one year membership on this one to make sure I get tickets because I will most likely book flights as soon as the venue is announced official. I will look at it as $50 insurance on the trip I guess.

What's some good 'family' things to do in KC with a 1 1/2 yr old? If I can come up with enough things to do. Perhaps I can convince my wife to make a vacation out of it .

Exact same boat I'm in except I would go to SLC because I've never been there and would have a free place to stay. Just don't know what else there is to do there in the summer, especially with a 18 month old or so in tow.
