I was harsh on Edu given the circumstances. Apparently he plays more of a B2B mid for Rangers and our formation did not really suit his normal style of play.

I don't think Edu played awful...he was just invisible and had zero impact on the match. That said, it is not like he lost possession a ton or had his man run all over him. He was just invisible.

Chandler is one fast mofo.

I just saw the brek shea yellow card again...what a damn joke. The fact that no one for CR ended the game with a red is absurd.

We outplayed them but they bunkered hard, typical Concacaf shite. We haven't beaten them in the last 5 matches.

I ain't reading 29 pages. I saw a good bit of the match. Shea was jobbed by a CONCACAF referee, it was time, his number was up, it's his turn to get screwed by an official. It's hell when your opposition has a thirteenth man, who also has the power to remove your players, and set your opponent up for success.

That said, I was totally enchanted by the way the U.S. played last night. Who knew, we could do that, and play that way?? Wow. We ain't Barca, but MAAAAAAAAAAAAAN, what a match. We had chances, and nearly scored a couple times. Belgium will be fun.
