The far player, closest to the sideline who kicked the rebound was offsides by leaning his upperbody forward. His arm and shoulder were past the defender.

Not only are Greece parking everyone back on defense, but every stoppage of play they are taking as much time as possible. Ever goal kick, throw in, free kick. They are also just casually passing around the back wasting time.
