We didn't play that bad in the first half. EJ went full retard on the first goal and we were denied a clear penalty.

I thought Jones was pretty poor.

He wasn't bad in the first 25 minutes of the second before he got subbed off. He didn't look very good for Schalke this weekend. I'm sure he'll come around, hopefully he isn't aging that quickly. The back half of last season was some of the best soccer he has played in his career.

Klinsman's pass , pass , pas don't hold the DAMN BALL , go go go , hurry hurry approach is paying off nicely.

seriously though, faster faster is all you hear him yelling sometimes. I do love the way he has us playing, it was nice to see us moving the ball quickly and gracefully vs a top tier team today. The GC and last round of WCQ's we have been passing the ball extremely fluidly.

I missed the first half. I don't think it was very good though. The second half was pretty damn spectacular.

Does your friend follow the team closely, or is he perhaps sometimes a dumbass? Could he have possibly not realized that Eddie Johnson is a different person than Jozy Altidore?

Just trying to figure it out.

Only thing Jozy did wrong in the first half was try to lay that ball off in the box instead of taking the shot. He had a fantastic game start to finish.

When Fabian gets in the final third, good things happen. I still think he is our best option at LB though. Hopefully he can pair up nicely with LD or Deuce (whoever will be at LM) and make some good runs forward.

I think he is too. If he hasn't shown how valuable he is on the wing I think he would be a fixture at LB.

He's definitely starting on the left. Ideally we would have a more solid option at LB than Beasley so he could play LW and LD can go to RW.

He said it after Jozy laid the ball off to no one in the box at the beginning. Jozy literally has hasn't a poor game for us since before he started he scoring tear against Germany. It was a pretty dumb comment all in all.
