This tournament - which has already been freaking amazing - is poised nicely for an amazing next four days. Only two sides - Ireland and Sweden - are eliminated and ZERO sides have qualified for the quarters. A lot of games will be balls to the wall and exciting as hell.

For this reason, part of me isn't happy this tournament is expanding to 24 teams for France 2016.

I am looking forward to Saturday and Sunday at Finn's. If you will be there, holler and we will do it up.

Me either. If I am there on Sunday, I can't get shite faced. Probably my dad's last Father's Day.

Would be good if you could stop in.

But yeah. I know we will all soak up two extra groups in 2016, but meh. I love the 16-team, high-quality format.

I'm still trying to learn the game and do not understand anything that happens other then a goal. I've watched almost all the Euro matches and I really like the fans.

The Swedes were there in droves. Funny how the security is always lined up with large spaces in between facing the crowd but they are shoulder to shoulder in front of the Brit fans lol. I haven't noticed that in any other event.

Can't wait for the Russians to play. This is almost like WWIII :)

Some of the guys flop and some get carded but none of it makes sense to me yet. I just enjoy the flow of the game. Something I'd have never said a few years ago. This has been fun.

If you are ever curious about stuff, just start a thread. The SB is pretty chill. Also, welcome.

Glass, sorry to hear about your father.

Split screen at Finn's is gonna be badass.

And I think most everyone agrees the 24-team expansion is not a good idea.

Downtown Dallas at a place I'm struggling to create a soccer/football environment in.

And stupid me, forgot matches are at the same time this time around.

I'm still yet to find a place in Atlanta suitable to my standards for watching football. May be a place roaming around, but I haven't found it yet.

Therefore, outside of the Londoner in BR and Finn's in NO, my couch is the third best option.

sweden is basically a stones throw away. i posted this in the england thread but i dunno if they showed it on espn but on german tv after the game they showed english fans jumping out of the stands after the 3rd goal

There's a place that the Atlanta Wants MLS fan page on Facebook always talks about. I'll see if I can find it when I get home.
